It has minor blemishes you would expect with age and due to the nature of this particular item. Some dirt, tape residue, minor scratches, etc. The light looks like it needs a bulb replacement since it did not turn on when turning the dial on the back. This can be mounted in a couple ways, you would just need to bend the metal piece in the back if mounting on top of something vs the way it now – for a wall mount. Measures approx 8″ x 6″.
